AllThingsValued is excited to announce our participation in the Ipsos-Reid selection of the 2004 Canadian Call Centre of the Year.

AllThingsValued has been selected to create a comprehensive scorecard using a combination of Customer and Employee satisfaction results (from Ipsos-Reid surveys), which will form the basis for determining the winner(s) of the Ipsos-Reid Call Centre of the Year Awards 2004. Participating call centers will receive reports from Ipsos-Reid and AllThingsValued providing details on where they are performing well and where they should focus attention for improvements. Reports will also include comparative customer and employee data designed to help participants understand how customers and employees value your centre relative to customers and employees of competing call centres.
